Gifts and bonuses for holidays

o Every year, the company will have gifts for each employee on the occasion of: New Year’s Day, International Labor Day 1/5, Independence Day 2/9. Gift value depends on the company’s performance and income in the previous year.
o Gifts for the Lunar New Year are incorporated into year-end bonuses.

Organization of sightseeing tours

o Every year, if the welfare fund allows, the company will organize a vacation for employees’ collective with the time depending on the specific conditions of each year. Trip costs are guaranteed by the Company and the Union, the company union executive committee and the HCNS office are responsible for the organization.
o Expenses for traveling and vacation only for employees on the list of companies and collaborators regularly approved by the Director. In which, employees who have official working time of 6 months or more are supported with 100% of sightseeing and vacation expenses. Workers with official working time of less than 6 months are only supported 50% of the cost. Employees who do not participate in the tour and do not get paid in cash.
o Employees who do not take part in and take a vacation (with good reason) are allowed to take time off from work and still receive a salary. If you have to work, you will be compensated.
